We’ve had Full Features do all kinds of landscaping work for us. We’ve always been very happy with their work. Only once did we have a minor issue and Dan came right back and worked his magic. Thank you for a beautiful fountain you’ve installed today. I’ve bought several plants and trees from this company. Haven’t lost one in 2 years. Great customer service! If you feel you’re having a problem with plants/trees, all you have to do is call them for advice. I thought I was losing 1 of 3 birch trees and all I did was call and they told me what I to do. I didn’t lose the tree after all. It’s healthier than ever. Again – thank you, Full Features!!

Our small job was just as important as their big jobs

 
We are extremely pleased with our landscaping. Lacey, our landscape architect, is very knowledgeable and made plant suggestions based on not only what we liked but what would thrive in the area to be landscaped.  Because it is summer, we knew that it would be weeks before they were able to get to us. Dan got us on the schedule and called us with updates. He made us feel that our small job was just as important to him as his bigger clients. John was very professional and did an excellent job from start to finish also explaining how to care for each plant. When he discovered that we had a potential drainage problem, Lacey came right out to confirm. She brought the material needed to John on a return trip allowing the job to be completed in 2 days.
